Michael Quigley

Michael is a second degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He has over twenty years of training and teaching experience and has dedicated his life to helping people improve their physical and mental health.
Minh Hoang

Minh started training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2020 and is currently a purple belt. She is known for welcoming people new to the gym and keeping everyone's spirits up. In her free time, she runs Pokemon tournaments in Sacramento and travels around California.
Terry Dyre

Terry works with corporations, nonprofits, and community organizations to help leaders recognize where growth is needed and guide them into creating environments where every voice is heard, everystore matters, and people feel empowered to thrive.
Kim Croteau

Kim is a physical therapist with a heart of gold. She has risen to blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and her nurturing, humurous attitude during training is infectious.
